UGRATARA TEMPLE OF GUWAHATI
UGRATARA TEMPLE is located in the eastern part(uzaan bazar)of Guwahati.This temple dates back to the 18th.century,in 1725 King Siva Singh established this temple.

ReplyDelete@Ramesh..some parts of temple were destroyed in a devastating earthquake...some portions were rebuilt by devotees.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful temple right in the centre; with lots of coconut trees in the background and tiny birds adding to the beauty of the surroundings.
